Do I need to pay shipping fee? Is there exemption?
Shipping fee is on buyer`s duty; however, we ship to your house for free under condition of your purchasing over 3000 NT dollars or some free shipping promotion posted on specific product, ex. "this product is free charge of shipping"

Is the price on your products reasonable?
To have seafood home delivery more acceptable in Taiwan, we try very hard to low down our list price; even the shipping fee added to your buying cost, it is still very cheap compared to shopping at the traditional market or buying from shopping mall.

Do your products ship to other countries?
We are retailer and wholesaler in Taiwan, Taiwan is our main market place, for the reasons that shipment and preservation of seafood are technically difficult; we do not ship our seafood products to outside of Taiwan.
